Louisa Crossley is a self-taught artist from the county of Yorkshire, in the north of England, UK. After many years as a Civil Servant, Louisa rekindled her love for art and began painting for fun. This quickly caught the eye of friends and family, who encouraged her into fabric design.
She loves to work with authentic materials, focusing primarily on watercolours and gauche paints. Her designs combine aspects of the wild, animals, characters, and nostalgic themes from childhood, bringing them together in fun, but very detailed collections that are great for children’s clothes.
